Connection Model (Required)
- Service User Connection (Org-level)
Path:Setup > Deal Room > CRM Integration
Used for organization sync and shared CRM workflows. - User Connection (Per-user)
Path:Main > Settings > Connection
Used for user-initiated actions and user-context features.
Recommended Naming Standard
Use a predictable connection naming format so admins can audit and support quickly.
Service User Connection Name format:
revspire-{org_slug}-{crm}-svc-{env}
User Connection Name format:
revspire-{crm}-{user_email}

Troubleshooting Quick Notes
- If authorization opens but does not persist, verify CRM-side app approval/admin consent is completed first.
- If one user works but others fail, check each user has a per-user connection and is marked active in CRM.
- If sync fails after working earlier, reauthorize connection and confirm token/session has not been revoked in CRM.
