9 Best Sales Enablement Tools and Platforms for B2B Teams in 2026

Sales enablement tools are platforms that give B2B sellers approved content, training, coaching and buyer-facing deal rooms in one governed place. Established sales enablement platforms, all evaluated by Gartner in 2025, include Allego, Mindtickle, SalesHood, Seismic (now including Highspot), Showpad (now including Bigtincan) and Spekit. GTM Buddy, Showell and Revspire suit specific needs.

Below, the nine are listed alphabetically with what each does, its published pricing, its 2025-26 ownership or product changes, one limitation, and when another tool fits better. To run the evaluation itself, use our sales enablement RFP template and weighted vendor scorecard.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Disclosure: Revspire publishes this list and is one of the nine tools. Tools are listed alphabetically, not ranked, and Revspire’s entry follows the same format, limitation included. Prices and product facts were checked on each vendor’s own website on 16 October 2026. This is a desk review of public information, not a hands-on benchmark.

Capabilities as each vendor names them on its own site, checked 16 October 2026. A narrower entry means we did not find the item on the pages we checked, not that the product lacks it. “Gartner’s 2025 evaluation” means the vendor is one of the ten listed in Gartner’s first Magic Quadrant for Revenue Enablement Platforms (10 November 2025). Prices as displayed on each vendor’s site; Showell shows a dollar sign without naming the currency.

What counts as a sales enablement tool?

A sales enablement tool helps sellers know what to say, show and do at each stage of a deal. Salesforce’s guide to sales enablement (modified 1 October 2026) describes it as the support behind each rep: onboarding, training, coaching, content, analytics and technology. It names a sales enablement platform as one tool next to the CRM, call coaching and a learning management system. For a longer definition, see our sales enablement glossary entry.

Analysts now call the category “revenue enablement platforms”. Gartner Peer Insights (checked 16 October 2026) lists five mandatory capabilities for the market, which make a good minimum test for any shortlist:

  • Configurable playbooks and guidance embedded in seller workflows.
  • Tools to create, deliver and manage learning, onboarding, practice and coaching.
  • A central, governed repository of approved content with AI-based search.
  • Reporting on content usage, learning participation and related sales metrics.
  • Integration with systems of record, such as the CRM, to surface content and data.

Tools lean toward one of four shapes: broad suites that cover all five; readiness-led platforms that start from skills and coaching; in-workflow tools that push knowledge into the CRM, browser and inbox; and field-sales apps that work offline. Many buyers also want a digital sales room, a shared buyer page for content and next steps: eight of the nine name one, and Showpad offers shared spaces.

The 9 best sales enablement platforms for B2B teams

1. Allego

A revenue enablement platform combining learning, AI role play and coaching, content management, conversation intelligence and digital sales rooms (Allego homepage).

  • Best for: enablement and learning teams in regulated or complex industries, such as the financial services, life sciences, medical device and manufacturing sectors Allego lists.
  • Pricing: no list prices. Allego’s pricing page (modified 7 June 2026) prices each product area per user per month, billed annually upfront, with AI and support included.
  • 2025-26 status: named a Leader in what Allego calls the first-ever Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Enablement Platforms (Allego, 17 November 2025). Its Buyout Program (modified 1 October 2026) offers to help cover remaining Seismic or Highspot commitments.
  • Limitation: the typical term is three years, paid annually; two-year and one-year options exist.
  • Test in a demo: publish a governed content set, build a role play from it, and watch a rep use both on a live deal.
  • Choose another tool if: you only need a content library for a small team, without formal training.

2. GTM Buddy

GTM Buddy calls itself a “Revenue Activation Engine” (GTM Buddy homepage). Its Ask Buddy assistant answers seller questions from content, CRM, learning and deal data, alongside AI role-plays, meeting prep, RFP automation, a CMS, an LMS and a digital sales room.

  • Best for: teams that want reps to get answers and practice from one assistant instead of browsing a portal.
  • Pricing: no pricing page; the homepage offers a demo (checked 16 October 2026).
  • 2025-26 status: the homepage promotes Nucleus, described as open-protocol infrastructure, and an MCP server.
  • Limitation: not among the ten vendors in Gartner’s 2025 Magic Quadrant, so there is no analyst placement to compare.
  • Test in a demo: ask three product and competitor questions your reps get weekly and check which approved source each answer cites.
  • Choose another tool if: your procurement process requires an analyst-evaluated vendor or published packaging.

3. Mindtickle

A revenue enablement platform covering training, coaching, AI role play, content management, digital sales rooms, conversation intelligence and a Readiness Index. Its homepage calls ElevateOS “the first agentic operating system for revenue enablement.”

  • Best for: teams whose main gap is seller readiness: skills by role, practice, and manager coaching on the evidence.
  • Pricing: not published; the Mindtickle pricing page describes capabilities only (checked 16 October 2026).
  • 2025-26 status: the homepage lists ElevateOS and a Mindtickle MCP feature; Mindtickle is one of the ten vendors in Gartner’s 2025 Magic Quadrant.
  • Limitation: no prices or package names are published, so cost comparisons depend on a quote.
  • Test in a demo: configure one role’s skill rubric, run an AI role play, and have a manager review and override a score.
  • Choose another tool if: your main problem is content governance or buyer collaboration rather than skills.

4. Revspire

Revspire publishes this list. It is an AI sales enablement platform that connects a governed Content Hub, an AI Playbook Engine, AI sales training and coaching, and digital sales rooms in one revenue workflow.

  • Best for: mid-market and enterprise B2B teams with multi-stakeholder deals that want content, plays and buyer engagement analytics tied to the deal.
  • Pricing: Launch Suite $39.99 and Elevate Suite $79.99 per user per month; Spark Suite, adding engagement revenue attribution, advanced CRM integration and SSO, is custom. Add-ons: e-signer +$15 and advanced CPQ +$25 per user (Revspire pricing, checked 16 October 2026).
  • 2025-26 status: no major launch to report; Revspire documents an MCP integration for ChatGPT, Claude and n8n.
  • Limitation: coverage varies by suite: Launch and Elevate list sales rooms, engagement analytics, generative AI assistance and content features, not AI role play or playbooks. No free plan or trial is listed, and Revspire was not in Gartner’s 2025 evaluation.
  • Test in a demo: a seller finds an approved asset, applies a battlecard, opens a deal room with a mutual action plan, and you check what reaches the CRM.
  • Choose another tool if: you need a large-enterprise vendor with an analyst track record, or offline field selling.

5. SalesHood

An AI-powered revenue enablement platform with content management, training and onboarding, AI coaching and role play, guided selling and digital sales rooms (SalesHood homepage).

  • Best for: enablement teams that want training built from their own content, plus guided selling, in one tool.
  • Pricing: no prices. The SalesHood pricing page (modified 4 September 2026) lists Essential, Pro and Unlimited; sales rooms and mutual action plans start at Pro.
  • 2025-26 status: named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant (SalesHood, 22 December 2025); added AI call recaps and mutual action plan templates to its rooms (GlobeNewswire, 2 December 2025).
  • Limitation: on Essential, AI pitch practice and AI role play are limited to 10 submissions per license (80 on Pro).
  • Test in a demo: turn an existing deck into a course, run a role play on it, and send a deal room from the same seller account.
  • Choose another tool if: you expect heavy AI practice on the entry plan; budget for Pro, or compare AI sales role-play software.

6. Seismic (including Highspot by Seismic)

An enterprise enablement platform, the Seismic Enablement Cloud, covering content management, learning and coaching, digital sales rooms, meeting intelligence and Aura AI (Seismic homepage). Highspot is now part of Seismic and sold as “Highspot by Seismic”.

  • Best for: large enterprises, including regulated industries, that want content, training and buyer engagement from one established vendor.
  • Pricing: quote-based. Highspot’s pricing page (modified 7 August 2026) lists Good, Better and Best packages without prices; role play arrives with Better, meeting intelligence and an MCP server with Best. seismic.com/pricing could not be loaded on 16 October 2026.
  • 2025-26 status: Seismic announced its intent to merge with Highspot on 12 February 2026 (Seismic) and completed it on 18 August 2026, operating as Seismic under CEO Rob Tarkoff with 2,500 customers and 3.5 million users (Highspot blog, 18 August 2026). Shift 2026, held 12-15 October (Seismic, 28 July 2026), was billed as the first in-depth look at Seismic’s roadmap; we did not find a published roadmap on the Seismic and Highspot pages we checked on 16 October 2026, so ask for it in writing.
  • Limitation: the merger page (modified 9 October 2026) says customers will hear what changes as decisions are finalized, so the long-term product line is not yet public.
  • Test in a demo: govern a global content set with regional permissions, retire one asset, and trace where it was shared.
  • Choose another tool if: you need published pricing or would rather not sign while two product lines are being combined. See our Highspot vs Seismic comparison.

7. Showell

A field sales enablement tool: a branded sales app with content in one place, online or offline presenting, digital sales rooms, Showell AI and a built-in sales LMS (Showell homepage).

  • Best for: manufacturing, MedTech and dealer-network sellers who present in person, often offline.
  • Pricing: Professional from $715 per workspace per month, users included, for 10 to 200 users; Enterprise (200+ users) is quoted (Showell pricing, checked 16 October 2026).
  • 2025-26 status: Professional lists unlimited storage, unlimited digital sales rooms and unlimited Showell AI.
  • Limitation: every plan requires a 12-month commitment with automatic renewal and at least 10 users.
  • Test in a demo: present offline on a tablet, then share the same content in a sales room and check the engagement report.
  • Choose another tool if: your sellers mostly sell remotely to buying committees and need structured coaching.

8. Showpad (including Bigtincan)

A revenue enablement platform for complex field-selling organisations, now combined with Bigtincan under the Showpad brand. Its Professional, Advanced and Expert plans span the Genie AI assistant and agents, a content library, training courses, shared spaces and, at Expert, MCP connectors (Showpad pricing, checked 16 October 2026).

  • Best for: enterprises with field sales teams that want content, training and buyer spaces together, including 3D and AR assets.
  • Pricing: quote-based; licensed per user with customisable packages.
  • 2025-26 status: Vector Capital completed its purchase of Bigtincan on 23 April 2025 (Business Wire) and of Showpad on 30 October 2025, merging them under the Showpad brand with CEO Apratim Purakayastha and 2,000+ customers in 50 countries (Bigtincan, 30 October 2025). Both were named Leaders in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant (Showpad, 19 November 2025).
  • Limitation: Roleplay AI, knowledge checks and certifications start at Advanced, and no prices are published.
  • Test in a demo: if you run Bigtincan today, ask for the written migration path from Showpad Bigtincan Hub, with dates.
  • Choose another tool if: you sell mostly inside the CRM to remote buying committees.

9. Spekit

Spekit’s homepage describes an “AI-native revenue enablement platform built for in-workflow execution”: a GTM Knowledge Engine, Content Hub, AI Sidekick coaching, learning paths, AI Deal Rooms and MCP, delivered through Salesforce, a Chrome extension, Slack, Gmail and Outlook.

  • Best for: teams that want guidance inside the CRM, browser and inbox reps already use.
  • Pricing: custom; the Spekit pricing page says packages depend on organisation size (checked 16 October 2026).
  • 2025-26 status: Spekit says it was named a Visionary in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant, and its homepage promotes “reimagined” AI Deal Rooms and lists MCP.
  • Limitation: no prices or plan tiers are published.
  • Test in a demo: publish guidance for one role, edit the source, and confirm the update reaches every place a rep sees it.
  • Choose another tool if: formal onboarding and certification are your main requirement.

How have sales enablement tools evolved?

The category began as separate products for content and for training, became suites through acquisitions, was redefined by analysts, and is now consolidating while adding AI agents:

  1. Separate content and readiness tools. Buyers long bought a content platform and a training platform separately. Seismic notes that Forrester’s earlier Waves treated sales readiness and sales content management as separate but overlapping categories (Seismic, 27 August 2024).
  2. Suites through acquisition (2021). Seismic acquired Lessonly, a training and coaching tool, on 16 August 2021 (CustomerThink). A week later Bigtincan agreed to acquire Brainshark, a sales readiness platform (Training Industry, 23 August 2021).
  3. Analysts merge the category (2024-2025). Forrester’s Revenue Enablement Platforms Wave, Q3 2024, combined readiness and content into one evaluation (Seismic, 27 August 2024). Gartner published its first Magic Quadrant for Revenue Enablement Platforms on 10 November 2025, covering ten vendors: Allego, Bigtincan, Highspot, Mediafly, Mindtickle, Pitcher, SalesHood, Seismic, Showpad and Spekit (Gartner).
  4. Vendor consolidation (2025-2026). Vector Capital merged Bigtincan and Showpad under the Showpad brand in October 2025 (Bigtincan, 30 October 2025), and Seismic completed its Highspot merger in August 2026 (Highspot, 18 August 2026). Four of Gartner’s ten evaluated vendors now sit inside two companies.
  5. AI agents and MCP (2025-2026). Vendors now sell agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections so AI assistants can use enablement content. The Highspot Best package and Showpad Expert plan list MCP servers, and the Mindtickle and Spekit homepages list MCP. Labels are shifting too: Seismic and Highspot now both describe themselves as an AI platform for revenue execution, while GTM Buddy prefers revenue activation.

For buyers, this means fewer independent vendors, roadmaps still being merged and switching offers aimed at merger customers. Get roadmap and migration commitments in writing, and confirm that any AI agent answers only from approved content.

Which sales enablement software fits your team?

  • Large enterprise with global content governance: Seismic (or Highspot by Seismic), Showpad and Allego. Highspot lists multi-step approvals and customer-managed encryption keys among its enterprise capabilities, and Showpad’s Advanced plan adds AI-powered content governance. Weigh Seismic’s merger timing and Allego’s typical three-year term.
  • Readiness and coaching first: Mindtickle, Allego and SalesHood. Compare AI practice allowances per plan.
  • Field, retail and brand-portfolio selling: Showpad (3D and AR assets) and Showell (offline presenting).
  • Guidance in the flow of work: Spekit and GTM Buddy, for reps who rarely open a separate portal.
  • Mid-market teams selling to buying committees: prioritise digital sales rooms with mutual action plans and stakeholder engagement analytics, as in Revspire and SalesHood Pro. Our digital sales room software guide compares room-first options.
  • Published prices: of the nine, only Revspire and Showell publish prices on their own sites.

How to shortlist sales enablement vendors in five steps

  1. Name one workflow to fix first, such as “reps cannot find the current approved deck” or “new hires take too long to run discovery calls.”
  2. Turn must-haves into pass/fail gates: SSO and provisioning, CRM objects, data export and deletion, AI source control.
  3. Weight the rest before you see demos, so a polished demo cannot change what matters.
  4. Give every finalist the same scripted demo, using your content and a sanitised deal.
  5. Pilot the riskiest assumption with real sellers for a few weeks before signing a multi-year term.

Our guide to evaluating sales enablement vendors turns these steps into an RFP template, a requirements list and a weighted scorecard you can copy.

Frequently asked questions

What are sales enablement tools?

Sales enablement tools are software that helps sellers find approved content, practise the message, get coached and share material with buyers. Most combine a governed content library, training and coaching, analytics and CRM integration, and many now add digital sales rooms and AI assistants.

What is the best sales enablement platform for B2B companies?

There is no single winner; the best platform is the one that fixes your priority workflow at a cost and contract term you can accept. As a starting shortlist: Seismic, Showpad and Allego for large enterprises; Mindtickle, Allego and SalesHood for readiness-led teams; Showpad and Showell for field teams; Spekit and GTM Buddy for in-workflow guidance; Revspire and SalesHood for deal-room-centred mid-market teams.

Which sales enablement vendors publish their pricing?

Among these nine, Revspire ($39.99 and $79.99 per user per month for Launch and Elevate, per Revspire pricing) and Showell (from $715 per workspace per month, per Showell pricing) publish prices, checked 16 October 2026. Allego, GTM Buddy, Mindtickle, SalesHood, Seismic, Highspot, Showpad and Spekit sell by quote.

Is Highspot part of Seismic now?

Yes. Seismic completed its merger with Highspot on 18 August 2026 (Highspot blog) and operates under the Seismic name with CEO Rob Tarkoff. Highspot is still sold as “Highspot by Seismic”, and customers are told changes will be shared as decisions are finalized.

What is the difference between sales enablement software and a CRM?

A CRM is the system of record for accounts, contacts, opportunities and the forecast. Sales enablement software holds the content, plays, training and buyer rooms sellers use in those opportunities, and writes usage and engagement back to the CRM. Most teams need both, connected.

Which AI sales enablement platforms suit brand portfolio and retailer selling?

Teams selling a brand portfolio to retailers or dealers need offline presenting, rich media and per-account content. Showpad targets complex field-selling organisations and hosts 3D and AR assets; Showell is built for field teams and dealer networks with offline presenting. Test both against your retailer meeting workflow.

How we chose and checked these tools

We included platforms marketed mainly for sales or revenue enablement that name at least three of Gartner’s five mandatory capability areas on their own site. Six entries cover eight of the ten vendors in Gartner’s 2025 Magic Quadrant (Mediafly and Pitcher are not covered); GTM Buddy, Showell and Revspire were added for in-workflow, field and deal-room-centred needs. Prices come from each vendor’s own pricing page on 16 October 2026, as displayed. Status updates come from the vendor releases and publications linked in each entry. We used no user reviews or ratings and ran no hands-on tests.
